We were very pleased with the ring and the customer service we got from your company. The only thing I was not happy aboutwas my invoice. The price quoted online was £85 but because my husbands ring size was large I had a phone call to say the ring would be another £35 which I agreed to pay because that was the ring he wanted for our ruby anniversary.Your web site does not state that you could be charged more if you wanted alarge size.Also the invoice I received was for £85 and not £120

I recently bought this for my wife being thirty. The watch itself is pure Herbelin class with every attention to detail you would expect. The cable design of the watch is especially good if you have a slender wrist. The face is also stunning from every angle. Five star product and sellor.

My boyfriend and i had are wedding bands bought for are wedding at the end of this month. My band was specially made for my engagement ring and to are uttermost horror the shop let us down,we where heart broken to say the least. We came across the Nigel O'Hara website and saw a band the same style that i was after on the web, i was delighted to say the least but didnt want to build up my hopes. I rand the shop and spoke to Mr O'Hara himself and exlpained what had happened and he assured me he could help. Within a few days my band came and true to his word it was perfect. It was well wrapped the perfact shape and size and to top it all Mr O'Hara enclosed a beautiful wedding guest book for all are friends to sign on are special day. Words cannot express how happy we where and we shall shop again with Nigel as he made us feel so at home... A very big thank you for saving are big day and making it so special.
